Whitney Bishop

Whitney Bishop is the Director of Operations for Cooling Concepts Refrigerated Trailer Leasing. She oversees the day to day functions including billing, vendor payments, and trailer maintenance schedules. She has been with Cooling Concepts since 2014 and helps to implement new programs and technologies to improve the overall client experience. Whitney is a graduate of McKendree University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management, as well as her master’s degree in Business Administration. In 2020 Whitney earned her Certified Transportation Professional designation.

Don White

Don White is the Vice President of Business Development for Cooling Concepts Refrigerated Trailer Leasing. In this role, Don develops and creates new customer service protocols and procedures within the ever-changing full-service leasing world.

Don has over 25 years’ experience in transportation. Prior to equipment leasing, Don spent 14 years as a Maintenance Manager for two Private Fleets. During this time, he also earned his Journeyman Refrigeration Technician qualification.

A graduate of Southwestern Illinois College in 2000. Don specialized in Psychometrics and Load Calculations. In 2018 Don earned his Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation.
